buyer beware
Very beautiful area, and if you squint this place looks very pretty.
The layouts of the townhomes are very nice, and it is right next to the monon which is great.
But looks can be deceiving.
The management is mostly nice but they are impossible to get a hold of.
We received an apartment that smelled of cigarettes and urine, and while they promptly sent cleaners to vacuum the HVAC system this did nothing, everything we owned smelled like this until we moved out.
We never received our parking... passes upon move in, so all of our cars were towed. They did compensate us but not for our bumpers getting scraped up.
We never received a mail key from the office, and when I went through USPS to get it rekeyed after a month, the leasing office reached out for once and was very rude to me telling me that I “don’t know how to run a property” so I should not have done that even though they do not own the mailbox and refused my right to view my mail, but they compensated me for the fee to USPS.
Aside from that, a lot of memories were made here but not without the expense of our sanity.
Overall, a bad experience, buyer beware.
