I've lived at Willow Lake Apartments for almost 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. The amenities are fantastic, and the community atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I have lived at Willow Lake in the Townhome apartment for about a year now and we just renewed our lease. It has been the best living experience I have ever had and it's cheaper than my last 2 apartments! I can't speak for all the layouts, but the townhome is by far the best value per square foot available in the entirety of the north side of Marion county, and I've done a LOT of apartment shopping.

We love our master bedroom and bathroom, huge amounts of kitchen cabinet space, the spacious... dining/living room, the back patio, and the extra kitchen "nook" for shelving the insane amount of kitchen appliances we have.

The maintenance crew is always on top of everything all the time and they work well and fast, 10/10. Put a maintenance request in and they'll be there in a few hours. The amenities are very nice. The pool area is kept clean and organized and has grills for a pool party bbq. The pet spa is great for washing my pets and getting them dry if they'd sit still.

With today's terrible living expenses I didn't think I could afford to live somewhere this nice. I was wrong. Thanks y'all

I have been here for 3 years. Maintenance is awesome, the grounds are beautiful and the pool area is like a resort! I feel very safe as well. I would recommend Willow Lake to anyone! It has been fantastic.

We’ve been at Willow Lakes for half a year, and I can confidently say there have been ZERO complaints! From move in day, the team has been very accommodating and receptive. Maintenance comes very promptly within 1-2 days, they even came out on the weekend to give us a space heater when we were awaiting a part for our heater. The community has always been quiet, and we’ve always felt safe. Never have to worry about parking either! Many spots for you and your roommates.
