I generally try to handle issues directly and privately before leaving public reviews, but after months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve a security deposit issue, I feel prospective tenants should be aware of my experience.
After moving out, I repeatedly contacted management regarding the status of my deposit refund. I was consistently told that the matter was “being processed,” and “my ledger needed corrected by management” yet meaningful follow up never occurred and communication became... increasingly difficult. Despite multiple good faith attempts to resolve the situation through the property office and management channels, the issue remains unresolved.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. Timely communication and follow through matter, especially when it involves money owed back to former residents.
I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to keep thorough documentation of all communications, move-out conditions, and forwarding address information if renting here.
I hope management improves its handling of post move out issues and resident communication going forward.
