This place is a nightmare
If I could give a -10 star I would. By far the worse experience I have live at. The office manger and the staff is very rude. Once you become a resident they began to rush you off the phone, rush you out the office when you raise concerns. The property manager Jessica is either in her office watching YouTube videos or in her car talking on the phone smoking cigarettes although her staff will tell you she at a meeting. They will charge you $50 for the valet trash not showing up after you’re... already paying $25 a month. Jackie in the office is highly rude, and she will lie on you when she has the chance, she also will pay close attention to your finances and voice her opinion or concerns which is highly unprofessional and a violation of the privacy act. They don’t mention the hidden monthly fees until you sign the lease which will increase your rent by $200 extra a month. When you go to enjoy the pool or the other amenities you will notice the maintenance men watching you as if you’re not allowed to be there. The staff they have working at these apartments is living on site so they make you feel like you’re always being watch or you don’t belong. You will receive constant letters and emails on how they are shutting down the pool from other residents breaking the rules although the staff calls themselves having a cook out for the community, but inviting they own family members and friends to the event. They don’t clean after the events is over and blame the paying residents. The mailroom is always unlocked and people’s package come up missing, the mailroom locker they forced on you that you pay monthly does not work your package will end up in the pile with everyone else or stolen.
