horrible management

I really enjoyed my stay at the Walcott, it is a beautiful facility with fair prices. However the management is unorganized and terrible. I left the Walcott early February 2024. I returned my keys and key card before leaving my unit. I was recently informed by a different manager of the facility (they have management changes pretty frequently) that I am still a tenant of the Walcott. I have not lived there for 2 months at this point.

Good building and great rooms, terrible management makes the... whole experience not worth it. Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

The Walcott is a great place to live! The updated appliances and amenities, location, and the security of the building provide safety and easy access to Louisville, gas stations, as well as restaurants in the area. I love it here!

The only complaint I have is lack of soundproofing from floors above the units. I've talked to several residents and the noise from apartments above and having to take it upon themselves to confront residents of the excessive noise due to not having security on site is an issue. Other than that, my experience living here has been great.
