Turnberry Square Apartments

This place is horrible. Infested with cockroaches, management never answers the phone and they will raise your rent and over charge you without notifying you.

In unit washer and dryers are the only positive things I can say about this place. Communication from management and staff is awful. My apartment had mice and very little was done about it. There were also police in the area responding to calls regularly.

Staff was always changing. They had three different managers and I was only there for 14 months. There was always miscommunication regarding the rent, rental insurance, payments, etc.

Decent amount of space for price
Washer and dryer in unit
Fairly cheap to heat and cool
Nice management
Cons: some things cheaply put in
People smoke in units causing smoke smell
Some people don’t watch their children
Loud rowdy neighbors
Not much storage space

Mississinewa school district decent apartments the manager is very sweet they are remodeling most of the apartments by adding tan paint and hardwood tiles they are very nice and come with a washer and dryer already inside and residents are kind and its pet friendly its a good place to rent and safe for your family
