Arbor Glen Apartments

I tried buying out of my lease for over 30 days going into the office, by the time they were ready to handle it it's was 45 days after I lost my job and I already hit the road to move. From there I got accusations of everything of leaving stuff everywhere, to leaving garbage I didn't leave. To apparently throwing all my stuff away when I had movers. If I would've known that there's nobody in the office who can ever handle anything, and that the manager could only be bothered by calling on... anonymous numbers accusing people instead of being in the office. I’ve lived at the Arbor Glen apartments for over a year and have been happy for the most part; however, the complex currently does not have an onsite manager to address problems, such as nearly every delivery being stolen or the chronic smell of marijuana in the hallways.

Needs to be updated. Appliances , windows , heat and air units ! Everything is old in the apartments, truly dissatisfied! But rent goes up every year

The noise has gone down considerably tonight. The elevator is very convenient. I suffered a head injury about 3 years ago and don't use the stairs. I am afraid of falling. I am planning on staying here for many years to come. It is very convenient. It is very close to stores and restaurants.
