The Best Manager We’ve Ever Had!
I’ve lived at Cumberland Pointe for almost six years now, and I can honestly say that under Lacia’s leadership, this community feels like a brand-new luxury rental again. She is hands-down the best apartment manager we have had during my entire time here.
From the moment you walk into the office, you can tell there’s been a positive shift. Lacia is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. She has brought a level of energy and attention to detail that... was sorely needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the common areas are always clean, and there’s a real sense of pride in the community that wasn’t there before.
It’s not just about fixing things, t’s about the overall atmosphere. Under her management, the entire property has that upscale, well-maintained feel you’d expect from a much more expensive place. The grounds are well-kept, the amenities are in great shape, and it’s clear she holds the entire team to a high standard.
If you’re looking for a place where the management truly cares and the community feels welcoming, Cumberland Pointe is the place to be. Thank you, Lacia, for all your hard work. It hasn’t gone unnoticed!
