Look elsewhere

The management recently changed and it has caused this community to quickly decline into a horrible place to live. The management team along with the new maintenance team is completely incompetent. The management has zero idea how to solve any issues and does not care about the community what so ever. There is dog poop and trash all around the community which was never an issue before the management change. They rarely answer the phone and if they do they are impossible to talk to and have no... clue about anything. They are condescending to the residence and treat everything as our fault. The changed the rent payment process with no clear notice, no emails, no messages, nothing. It was then a long process to get an account and get payment approved and then we had late fees that were “unable to be removed”. There is now a fee for everything. They care only about the shareholders pocket and not at all about the residents. The new maintenance team is equally if not more incompetent. Our lock on our front door was broken for over 3 weeks. We put in work requests and were unable to contact the emergency line as no one ever answers. They have zero care for resident safety. Once they finally came they had no idea what they were doing and left with the lock still broken twice restarting the entire stressful process. They finally are replacing the lock after 3 weeks with a manual lock after we went to the office 3 separate times. It is extremely frustrating to live here. To prevent any headaches please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to live.

Don’t live here

We genuinely enjoyed living here until the new management took over. Since then, the quality of management and maintenance has declined dramatically.

Our front door did not lock for nearly two weeks. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, and no one came. I had to physically go to the leasing office twice just to get someone to respond. When maintenance finally arrived the first time, they admitted they didn’t know how to fix the issue, and the lock failed again almost immediately after...
they left.

After submitting another maintenance request, once again, no one showed up. I returned to the office and explained that my front door still would not lock. Instead of treating it as the serious safety issue that it was, I was told there were “other maintenance emergencies.” An apartment with a front door that cannot be locked should be considered an emergency. I explained that my pet was home alone in his crate and that all of our personal belongings were sitting inside an unsecured apartment, yet it still took another four hours for someone to arrive.

I also attempted to call the emergency maintenance line several times throughout this ordeal, but every call disconnected as if the number wasn’t functioning. An emergency maintenance line that residents can’t actually reach is unacceptable.

What is most frustrating is not just the maintenance issue itself, but the complete lack of urgency, communication, and concern shown by management. No resident should have to beg for someone to secure the front door to their home.

It’s incredibly disappointing because this used to be a great place to live. Since the management change, our experience has been nothing but frustrating. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Idk about those good reviews

Management is dishonest, it’s unsafe, and riddled with ridiculous guidelines that adversely impact residents. The corporate entity that owns and manages this apartment has horrible reviews. For good reason. I had many situations happen to me here. Times I’ve called the office then corporate for help. Both are dismissive, defensive, and pure refusal to help. They will do the same to you

My main objective of this review is to help YOU. It’s not okay for big money corporate entities to praise the...
almighty dollar and put down their residents. This review is not out of anger or frustration. It’s a fact of my experience to help warn off people that may be considering living here. Here is one of many examples

We first moved into our apartment, our laundry room had an overwhelmingly dense cigarette stank. (We later figured out our dryer vent was right outside an avid smokers balcony. Every time she would smoke, it would make our apartment smell disgusting.) We contacted the office and informed them and the manager was very dismissive. We explained that we have a 1 year old, and a pregnant wife living in this apartment. She then claimed she went into the apartment and could not smell anything and got very defensive and hostile. We asked to be transferred to another apartment; they lied and said there was nothing available, even though their website said differently. We had my wife’s mother call in from Cali and pretend to be interested. They offered her the apartment we were told was “not available” and said it was absolutely available. We then immediately called back and informed them we had just caught them in a lie, and they still refused to admit they lied. We told them who she spoke to and they said she isn’t working today. When we went into the office, we saw she was in fact working. They then continued to lie and say “it JUST updated” lies. This is not the management you want dictating rules and regulations directly affecting you and your loved ones day to day life. They will do the same to you if they did it to me.

Not Great

I give it 2 stars, as the property is nice and a decent location. Staff is friendly, maintenance is good. BUT the apartments WILL keep you busy. Lots of interruptions inside your place, fire alarm testing that'll jar the hell out of you, sometimes without warning. And this is THE noisiest apartment I've lived in, both from unruly neighbors and from constant, often EARLY grounds work outside. Some of this is standard apartment stuff, unfortunately, but it may be best for corporate to review... invasive policies.
