Not a good place

Cheaply made, slow maintenance, dog poop everywhere, snow removal comes for two hours two days in a row before dawn when it hasn’t snowed, people park illegally in handicap spots,

Great Place to Live

I have been at Maple Knoll for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion. Plus, we have community events all throughout the month!

Loved here TWICE

We’ve lived in Westfield seven years and built 2 homes. Both times we’ve lived here at Maple Knoll and loved it so much. The second time it was a no brainer to call them up and luckily we found a place to live. They remembered us from 6 years prior! The social committee is awesome, they include pet fun, the maintenance staff is amazing if and when you need them and we love our temporary home!

We've lived at Maple Knoll for almost 8 years. Staff is great; very quick to respond to questions or maintenance. The pool and bbq grills are great. Fun activities each month.

Best Apartments in Hamilton County!

Maple Knoll has the friendliest staff, is super clean, and is in an ideal location! The front office staff is so friendly and live on site, so keeping the apartment clean and functioning well impacts them directly. Maintenance is quick to respond and super friendly as well! Us and our pups love living here!
