Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Moving of furniture isn't allowed -especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed from reserved spaces. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.
