To respect the privacy of other residents, please follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit; guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine.
