I have earned my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) pin. I’m proud to work with Rod Stewart's Commercial Real Estate team. It’s hard to find a Mentor with more commercial experience in Wichita than Rod has, helping clients find the right location for over 45+ years. With my business knowledge, local contacts, and his expertise, there is not a project in the Wichita area that we can't bring value to the buyer and seller to close successful transactions that are a Win-Win! I was an Entrepreneurship Major at Wichita State University, class of 2000. I began my career as a Series 7 stockbroker at Morgan Stanley & New England Financial for 8 years. For the next 7 years I owned and managed two restaurants in the Wichita market, employing over 75 people at Larry Bud's Sports Bar & Grill. During that time I’ve met most of the who’s who of Wichita. I learned the practical side of how a business runs and the importance of a strong contract, the power of a good relationship between landlord & tenant, & LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! In my first year at KW I was a top 20% producer out of 170 agents. I “capped” in my first year and will cap again this year. I have also been asked to join the Leadership committee which did. I am also ¾ done with my CCIM designation that helps me analyze investment properties and 1031 exchanges. I can help business owners find locations that not only meets their needs, but also can bring expertise with my past experiences on finding the right location so they can be as successful as possible and grow their business and help bring new jobs and national tenants to Wichita, KS.
