I can't even believe how they treat their residents. Valet trash service is the worst I have ever seen and they LOVE to fine when they can't even properly organize their own services. I really hope they get new management. All they do is complain and send notices out about how their tenants need to be better when they can't even do their own jobs....
Be better. There was a homeless person living in a vacant unit without notice. Package delivery system is awful and security doesn’t exist. Key... system is horrible. Hnits anre nice but overpriced. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Do not recommend. Cars stolen and broken into. Old appliances being used for being brand new. Pest control issues. Management issues.

I am sharing my experience regarding professionalism and management practices at this property.
During my interactions with management, I observed a homeless individual sleeping overnight in a vacant/model unit, which raised concerns about security and oversight. Additionally, the property represented or implied security coverage through Titan Protection; however, in practice this appeared limited to a Titan-branded vehicle parked at the front circle drive, without any visible or active... security personnel present on site.
There have also been multiple reported car break-ins on the property, and at least one vehicle theft occurred during my time associated with the community. These incidents further raised concerns about safety and the effectiveness of the security measures in place.
I am also currently disputing utility charges. While management is attempting to back-bill me for utilities, they have refused to provide copies of the final utility bills used to calculate those charges, despite multiple requests. I have only been provided a third-party summary statement, which makes it difficult to independently verify the accuracy of the amounts billed.
Overall, these experiences reflected a lack of transparency and professionalism. I encourage prospective residents to ask detailed questions upfront regarding security practices, utility billing, and documentation.
