So happy here!!!

On my moving in day I was given a bamboo cutting board as welcome present and I was allowed to pick a house warming present from many presents. I chose a microwave. The assistant property manager MacKenzie is simply wonderful, so kind, friendly, and helpful. My apartment was perfect. Everything is so clean and so well kept up. And the improvements are high quality and not patch or pain over jobs. I had a dog and there are dog waste stations every rock-throw. Bags are all ways... fully stocked and trash always emptied. I had he issue and it was taken care of next day to perfection. It’s so quiet here, plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, and nice paths to walk, two sparkling pools, nice dog park with benches, etc. I am so glad I moved here. They will try to get you in by flaunting their “new” keyless door entry with smart locks and smart thermostat. Both great amenities to have but they do not make up for the lack of care for the property. There was mold in the ceiling of my building that my neighbor had reported but nothing was done about in the year I stayed there. I had no hot water for two months. Maintenance never resolved the issue I had to bring in a third party to get it fixed. The dog park near my area was closed for most... of my stay here due to weather damage that they didn’t care to fix. The second clubhouse is used for maintenance storage and remains empty. Laundry facilities look like they are cleaned once every 4-5 months or so they are disgusting. Staff is unavailable for any questions or concerns. Don’t bother calling the property management company because they will dodge your call until you end up paying them whatever they ask. Truly a disgusting business practice. I was planning on moving to Rosehill Pointe Apartments but had to cancel due to getting a job elsewhere. The apartments are lovely and the area is great. The staff was so kind to me during this experience. And extremely helpful! They made a stressful situation feel like a breeze

Poor management. Hidden fees. Our AC went out. Our sink and garbage disposal broke twice. Leaking to the neighbors below us. The back deck is in shambles. Feels like you can fall through every step. Overall poor customer service.

The fact they are asking what they are for a one bedroom apartment is insane. I had no hot water for the first 2 months living here. Maintenance came out multiple times to try and fix it and told me to just let it run longer. On one occasion they asked me to come put my dog away so I left work in the middle of the day only to make it half way home and receive a call that maintenance had already moved on.Water damage on the ceiling, poor facility maintenance, constant notifications that my... apartment was entered by maintenance without notice, impossible to contact the front office, laundry facilities are disgusting.
