Unfair rental practices

Their new water bill policy is like going to dinner with friends when you order a side salad with water, they get a lobster and a cocktail, and you split the bill equally. Here, if you live alone in a 1-bedroom, you’re paying 1/4 of the bill that includes two, 2-bedroom apartments with families in them. Add outdated or cheap finishes, issues with the AC during the summer, and inadequate laundry, this place isn’t worth the high rents.
