pros and cons

I rented from the original Owner Spencer. He was wonderful and very helpful. The only issue I had was a neighbor who thought we had assigned parking and would park next to my car and hit it. The cops were called for something and saw him do it when I was walking from my car to my apartment. I ended up leaving, but now I’m ready to move and am look for an apartment and I’ve called and emailed the new property owners and no one has gotten back with me at all. Just frustrated.
