Amber, the leasing agent, has gone above and beyond getting me moved in so quickly. She personally saw to it that the inventory I noted in the apartment was fixed up to my liking upon move-in. Very pro-active and responsive. It was also nice to meet the manager Eustacia (can be rare at apartments) as she honored the promo discount for touring the property and applying the same day. Feel very welcome here and the workout room is amazing.

My adult daughter who is special needs was put in a situation of needing a new apartment fast , that was assessable for her and her service dog when the agency caring for her abandoned her in March 2025. Chalet Apartments was the only place out of 5 different apartments that made an effort towards making my daughter feel not only welcome but safe and wanted! I have to say Kathrine in the office is top notch! my daughter has been living there a few months now and she loves that the office staff... welcome her with open arms even if it’s just to say hi or get her service dog a special treat!!!! thank you for being so kind and kind and inclusive!

The manager Eustacia and her crew did an amazing job at getting me in quickly and staying in contact to get me into my apartment and I couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend the chalet apartments for the efficiency and communication.

I am a new resident & it's been a nightmare from day 1. They did not have my apartment move-in ready on 1/13/2023...promised & promised...not cleaned at all, including carpet. They claim it was & there's NO WAY. They knew I was moving from Wichita, KS...I feel they took grave advantage of this & I'm living out of boxes, in a filthy apartment w/ SO MANY THINGS NEEDING REPLACEMENT, few can be fixed...DO NOT CONSIDER RENTING HERE UNLESS YOU CAN SEE THE UNIT 1ST & CHECK EVERYTHING CAREFULLY.
