Welcome to 21Rock, an ALL BILLS PAID community, where you will enjoy the comfort of spacious apartment living. In addition to our Studios, One and Two Bedroom units, we offer a beautiful pool, where you can relax in the evening by our grill and chill area with plenty of picnic space available. We are a pet friendly community and a dog park is coming soon! Our one and two bedrooms are equipped with dishwashers and microwaves. We have an onsite laundry facility that is open 24 hours and is convenient for our residents. The property has gone through many updates in 2021 and we are excited to welcome you!

How Is This Rating Determined?

Good place to live and close by surrounding businesses.

I have been a resident here for alittle over 3 years now. The services have been great. The community manager is very supportive and courteous. The maintenance staff resolves any issues very quickly within one business day. Most of the surrounding businesses are walk distance which makes it easy not needing to drive all the time. Overall good place to live and the community is very friendly and helpful.

waste of time

We scheduled an appointment to view a studio apartment, which as I’m writing this still shows as available, and upon showing up for our appointment we were informed that no studio apartments were available. Make sure to call the office and confirm that the listing status is recently updated if you are looking at any properties to avoid wasting time!
