Great Apartments

Great location, very quiet apartments. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The remodeled apartments are super nice, and we really enjoy our little patio garden. We love living in College Hill and being so close to great restaurants and a nice park. Management has also been very responsive and professional

Love the area!

Just moved in and these units are so nice, the move in process was easy and very professional. I love how close it is to so many things to do and really good restaurants within walking distance! (Fio Rito, The Belmont, Vora, Ziggy's, Dempsey's Burger Pub, etc) I'm excited to live here.

Nice remodeled units in college units

These apartments used to be called Promenade but have been renamed to College Hill Flats and are under new management. The College Hill park is a short walk from my newly remodeled apartment! I have granite countertops, new flooring and new appliances. Neighborhood and community is quiet and feels safe and I love my quaint little back patio area. Covered parking, storage and onsite laundry are also great perks.
