Very peaceful environment

Been here a year going on two and I can personally say it’s been very easy going and peaceful and Deborah is a very attentive manager!

Finally a positive change

I’ve lived here for a while, and I can honestly say the recent changes in management and maintenance have made a huge difference! The community feels more organized, communication has improved, and maintenance requests are being handled much more quickly and professionally.

A special shoutout to Deborah, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout these improvements. She is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. It’s refreshing to see management... that is visible, engaged, and committed to making positive changes.

The property is clearly moving in a great direction, and I’m excited to see what’s next. Thank you, Deborah, and the entire team for all of your hard work and dedication. It does not go unnoticed! Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where management truly cares. ?????

Absolutely amazing experience

We recently toured Eastgate Apartments and had such a great experience thanks to Debrah! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while showing us the beautiful property and apartment. She made the entire process feel welcoming and stress-free. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it looking nice.
