Wonderful Management!

Stratford West Apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and it really feels like home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is quiet and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The location is great too — close to shopping, dining, and major roadways, making it convenient to get anywhere in town. I highly recommend Stratford West to anyone looking for a comfortable and... well-managed place to live!

Think Twice

I would think twice about moving here. Especially into the one bedroom building. That building loses air conditioning EVERY year during the hottest part of the summer for at least a week or longer. The complex is in decent area and that's about the only plus. Old, outdated, rent too high for what it is. Be warned.

We do want to clarify that the recent cooling issue you mentioned was the result of a lightning strike, which was completely beyond our control and was repaired as quickly as possible. This is not a recurring... yearly issue, and we work diligently to maintain our systems to prevent extended outages.

We also take great pride in continuously improving our community. Recent upgrades include a new privacy fence, a brand-new concrete parking lot, interior remodels of our apartment homes, and other enhancements designed to ensure a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Great place to live

It is cozy and just in the right spot. Personally ut is near my work so that was a main factor but it ALSO is right near McClean which is a main road to get to downtown. Downtown is not far but not right at your doorstep so the hassles of downtown doesnt effect the area. There has not been any major problems so far and is relatively safe as long as you do the usual commen sense stuff like lock your doors. The new washing machines are nice too because you can use an app to pay rather than getting... coins every week.
The tenants are all relatively quiet other than regular living noise and most i run into are friendly. The landlady is easy to talk to and friendly as well.

LOVE IT!!!

I've been here a little over a month and I love it! It's quite like suuuper quite , lots of nice people with lovely animals. Pool is super nice and so is the laundry area. I love my apartment, yes I pay more than what I'm used to for a single student but you can't beat the price for the square footage that you get and the piece and quite. I love my walk in closet and huge bedroom. My dog loves it here and it's close to Dillion's and planet fitness and the dog park! Super happy with my choice in... this apartment complex! First place that feels like a home. Maintainence is prompt also!
