Avoid this place
I wish I could give them 0 stars. The AC hasn't worked since I moved in, it's been 100+ degree weather and they keep saying it's because I'm in the 3rd floor. My apartment has been getting up into the 80s and 90s, it's an issue with the AC unit not the 3rd floor. The building smells like mildew and pot. The neighbors smoke pot constantly and my apartment smells so bad. I've sent multiple complaints to management because I've been getting migraines due to the smell and my son has asthma and can't... stop coughing. They keep closing the complaints with nothing done. The other day there was a crack head getting arrested for trespassing in front of my building and then a random man was banging on my door at midnight. Genuinely, unless it's all you can afford, do not rent here.
