Won’t own up for THEIR mistakes and charge you so many fees. AC doesn’t work, and they won’t bother to fix it. Neighbors constantly arguing so atleast you’ll have fun seeing them fight. Absolutely don’t recommend coming here

They never answer the phone and one time the phone was picked up and they hung up and they do not return calls. The grounds are filthy and one summer I watched a homeless man sitting under the trees scraping dirt off his legs with a knife! There is dog poop everywhere!

I moved to Barclay Square Apartments in January 2021, The place is great the area the awesome due to its location ,But most of all Management here is great and that would be Ms.Tanya G. she is always available always willing to help you in whatever issues you may have here at the apartments as well as any other questions you have for her i have never before seen a manager like Ms.Tonya to take a moment like she does and do a walk through the complex to see if things are okay .Thank You Tonya for... being YOU and A GREAT Manager.

Over the years Barclay has seemed to slum down. Management makes all the difference. Great job Tanya! Us old timers here have seen the significant changes you have made to the property.

Awful services, You will be shown a show room unit and get an old ran down garbage can for an apartment. Great for weekly shootings so watch out for bullets and homeless people dumpster diving and throwing garbage everywhere and homeless people living in the walls of the apartment hall ways
