This place was amazing for the first couple years

New management does not care about the maintenance of the building. They do not care about water damage or mold.
Our living room ceiling has leaked three times in the past three years of living here (from the laundry room/ storage room above us) the most recent leak happened on August 6th 2026 and maintenance still hasn’t been in to repair anything since they initially came in to shut off the water and hand us a bucket. (September 9th, 2026)

Great apartment by the avenue

Great apartment complex in the heart of Bellevue. Easily walkable to anywhere on the avenue.

The unit itself was fantastic, and the management company is easily the most responsive of any apartment I've lived in. Concerns were always dealt with within a few days at most.
