Great Place to Live

Laurel Ridge has an abundance of credible reasons to live here. The girls in the office are personable/professional/willing to work with you. Maintenance crew comes as soon as practically possible, hardly a wait, plus they are so kind and polite. We love our Dillion. They change all the filters in the apartments regularly and even cleaned out the dryer vents. The grounds are well manicured, grounds crew are personable people....and what I like most is, unlike other apartments I've lived at,... people clean up after their dogs responsibly. It's very quiet & peaceful and the dog park is new and very large. I'm a recluse/introvert, and neighbors pretty much keep to themselves but are friendly. We are 3 miles from Kroger but the IGA and a Pharmacy and A Graves Gilbert Walk In is right up the street. During the summer months, there is a small market on the corner of Plano Rd./Scottsville Rd. right across from IGA. It's like living in the country, and I love it here.
