Riverhaus

Current resident, very disappointed. For the price of the rent the amenities are not taken care of very well. The building was cheaply built, during a large rain storm I had a leak in my sealing because the tile on the deck above me had a hole in the insulation. A very disappointment was when the pool didn't open for the summer because it was not properly winterized. The management in the office changed around the end of 2024 beginning of 2025 and the building has been declining... They should... remove how they classify it as luxury apartments. Would not recommend moving here there are a lot of other great places to live. The only positive I can say is about the maintenance technician, he does a good job and very friendly, they need to give him more support.

Riverhaus is hands down the best apartment complex that I've lived in. Given that it's a brand new building, all facilities and features are modern and great quality. The pool is beautiful, the gym is great, and the rooftop has a beautiful view of downtown Cincinnati.

The leasing staff is incredibly kind and helpful, a few leasing agents live in the building and are always nearby to help with any issues that may arise. Moving in was one of the easiest moves I've ever had, and was quick and... easy. The freight elevator with parking right outside added so much convenience to the process.

The location of the apartment is one of the best in all of Covington. Right on the Mainstrausse strip, Riverhaus is in walking distance to 20+ adorable quaint cafes, restaurants, and bars. Super close to a park too, perfect for walking your dog. Riverhaus is right on the river, making it a less than 10 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati, and a short walk to The Banks.

Lastly, the price for everything you get is what really sells you on Riverhaus. In my apartment hunt, comparing and contrasting to other similar buildings in NKY & Cincinnati, it was silly to choose anywhere else but Riverhaus.

Absolutely some of the nicest moat genuine people i have met in a while. Greeted me as soon as i walked through the door, super friendly and welcoming. Absolutely beautiful design. This place is amazing.
