Do Not Move Here!
First of all, I pray they cannot get ahold of this review because every time I’ve tried to leave reviews on FB on this community it mysteriously disappears. The only reviews that don’t disappear are 5 star reviews…which is understandable because the office manager would also delete negative comments from residents on their private FB community group when I lived there and would then retaliate against the residents that were being honest. We lived here 6 months and it was 6 months way too long.... The office manager seems nice at first, until she’s not, she’s controlling! The buildings are very very poorly built. The air conditioning does not work upstairs. The appliances are terrible, our dishwasher didn’t work until they finally changed it out right before we moved. Parking is atrocious. Winter storms were awful because they wouldn’t clean or salt the community. There is absolutely NOTHING luxury about this community. It backs up to a set of apartments that we frequently heard gunshots coming from. There are far better places to live in Elizabethtown that are much safer and much nicer, especially by the time you combine the rent and all their fees. Do not waste your money!!!!!
