Happy New Tenant!!
I'm a new tenant at riverview apartments, i just came to say if you're looking to move go speak with Aliyah Mitchell, the new leasing manager! She made the process so easy and a breath of fresh air after speaking with other people about other places who solely care about the money. This place & this person truly care about keeping a customer happy and making sure they're happy in their new homes.

Lies
I was hoping maybe with the time frame from the last review to this one they would have someone who would be in the office or ready to give a tour. This is in fact not how it worked and there is no one here and was a complete waste of my time.

Horrible service
I had scheduled a tour online a week before the scheduled date. I got a confirmation email and even called to try to confirm with a actual person. To no surprise no one answered the phone when I tried to call and I left a voicemail. I later got a message confirming the appointment through text. When I got there there was no one there. I was a little early so I waited and waited and waited. I kept knocking on the office door and even residents who were trying to talk to the office and were also... knocking on the door said that the persons car was there who was supposed to be in the office. I scheduled my appointment for a tour at 1pm. I got there at 12:50pm and left about 1:40pm. No one answered the office door or the phone or the voicemails I was leaving
I’ve only ever reached a person once and I have called over 20 times. If there was a issue someone should have contacted me but I got the confirmation that the tour was still on in email and text form. And now my calls go straight to voicemail. What they did was entirely unprofessional and if this is how they treat their potential future and current residents i don’t see how anything ever gets done. Absolutely horrible service. If I can find someone to contact I will be contacting their superiors.
