Willowood

I really enjoyed living here, the apartment was spacious and well located. My neighbors where awesome as well and helped me move in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and peacefulness of the area. Not to mention how accessible these apartments are to just about everything you could want. There is a Kroger, Walmart, aldi and a plethora of other stores only a minute or 2 away. The hospital is just across the road and the local highschool is right there as well. Its a very safe and family friendly... area. I couldn't recommend it any more. I should also mention that Tracy who manages these properties is SUPER nice. She helped us the whole way through since this was my first time having to go through renting. She is kind and helpful, always willing to help you with any questions or concerns about your home or the community in general. She is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful as well and are on call when emergency strikes. My window wouldn't shut and I didnt want to break the mechanism. Within and hour Wess showed up and fixed it. It is really nice to have the sense of security. I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't want to be right in downtown Frankfort but still wants all of your amenities at an arms reach. I spent about 5 months living at Willowood and it was a very nice experience. The neighbors are kind and the community is safe and quiet. All new carpets were placed in my apartment before moving in and the landlord is very helpful and efficient during the lease signing process as well as when anything is needed while you are a resident. Maintenance is also awesome and come to help as soon as possible when something needs to be fixed or if you have some other issue. My experience with them was a pleasant one. The management staff is wonderful to work with and very attentive to your needs. The maintenance staff is very quick and responsive to any repairs that you need. Overall, I would recommend living here to anyone.

This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of green space. Close to hospitals, schools, and most amenities, but it doesn't feel like you're in a busy area. Stayed here for two years and loved it, especially since everything is ground floor. LOVED having an attic space!

Willowood is a wonderful community. It is a quiet and well maintained property. I feel so safe here and that is a huge plus for any property. Highly recommend living here!!!
