Terrible and disgusting

This place is horrible. I will be trying to get out of my lease as soon as I can afford it. The Wi-Fi never works, management is impossible to contact, my apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in, the paint bubbles and peels off the walls, there is mold on the baseboards, the building always smells like cigarette smoke, and my appliances aren’t even all the same color. Terrible place moving here was the biggest mistake

I live here. Don’t do it.

Management is never there to help nor do they answer the phone, if they do answer they’re rude the whole time. You pay ridiculous amount in rent and no there’s no washer or dryer in your unit.

Come live here

Me and my boyfriend have lived here since 2019 and I just have to say it has been the best place to live. Anytime we have had a issue they have always tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. They keep everything clean All the hallways and the landscape. And they are always so nice anyone you talk too is so nice to you. I really recommend Colts Crossing to anyone it’s an amazing place to live!

The BEST place to live!!!!

Let me start out by saying that I LOVE it here. The apartments are located near everything you need, so that means you don’t have to drive more than 7 mins to get to any fast food place or shopping centers. The management here is AMAZING.. Kathy especially. She’s so kind & understanding. This is the best place to rent especially if you’re just starting out on our own. It’s really safe here with security doors OH AND 24/7 maintenance Incase anything goes wrong through out after hours.

Colt's Crossing Management. and Maintenance

Professional. team of management . The picture perfect when you walk up to office. Has an office you feel welcome in. Katherine is a manager who always has an open door policy to her staff and all residents. Maintenance is ready at any time 24/7 . love our beautiful apartment and the area is always clean and cut grass with never any trash.
