Pros: very spacious apartments and quiet community, maintenance is pretty handy
Cons: management will text/ email you about the smallest inconveniences… needs updating and renovation in the bathrooms, you have until the 3rd of the month to pay rent , which isn’t terrible just not convenient for everyone.

I have been here a little over a year and I love it hands down one of the best properties I’ve lived at, it’s beautiful, quiet, they do resident events as well, I highly recommend moving here you won’t regret it??

You can literally hear every step your neighbors move and I’ve never had this problem until now. Bathroom has mold and looks ancient. Terrible management! I do not recommend this place at all. Especially if you have a baby/ kids.

It is an ok place, IF you get a quiet neighbor. I was not so Fortunate...
I could hear every move they make. Not very sound proof. I could hear them cuss ,yell, argue , use the bathroom , hear their TV, hear their video games,...etc, etc..
