Upon moveout, they require a professional carpet cleaning. This can be done through their $225 express cleaning fee, which I paid a few days before moving out. I then got a final account statement with the express cleaning fee showing it was unpaid. They gave a contact from West Shore to dispute any charges but if payment wasn't made in 10 days they would send you to a debt collector. After 3 follow ups with the contact at West Shore, I called the office to resolve, and they sent me an... updated final account statement without the express cleaning fee which I paid. Turns out they still sent me to the debt collector for the express cleaning fee and other charges on the final account statement. After having the office contact the debt collector 5 times to get them to close the account I finally gave up and just paid the debt collector so I wouldn't have anything show on my credit report. Our move in was a disaster… It was not cleaned or repaired in anyway before we moved in. the back door was shattered for months before it got fixed. Huge mold problem in our son’s bedroom window.

Poor management, inability to fix issues, and lack of accountability has taken this nice property downhill.

Apartments are relatively good quality but not sure how much longer that will last after new management took over.

Currently owned by the less than luxury company of West Shore LLC out of Boston. It has great potential to be high class again but since their ownership takeover in 2022 it’s been nothing but problems and lack of communication. Not the luxury living that is advertised.
