Wonderful Home

My wife and I have lived in Park Place for more than ten years. We have been, and continue to be, very pleased with all aspects of life here. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The buildings are beautiful and well cared for. The office staff is always very professional and helpful. Maintenance and repair issues are always dealt with in a timely manner. Recreation and fitness facilities are excellent. We look forward to continuing to enjoy being residents of park place.

Wonderful apartment living community.

I have had the privilege to teach Yoga at Parkplace Apartments on their beautiful pool deck. The management staff has been very accommodating to help facilitate, set up and advertise the classes for their residents. Many residents participated and fully enjoyed the yoga offerings. Parkplace Apartments is a fun community that offers a variety of activities for their residents in a gorgeous, relaxing setting. I look forward to teaching yoga classes there again!

Long-Time Association with Park Place

I’ve been associated with the Park Place community since 2012. My mother lived in 2 different apartments, and now my husband and I have lived in two also since 2021. First, it is a beautiful place. The landscaping has no match anywhere in Lexington that I know of. They meticulously maintain the grounds and buildings proactively. The office and maintenance staff are top-notch, handling things efficiently with friendly service. A special call-out to Boyd, Micah, and Zach on the maintenance team.... They can handle just about anything and are very professional and pleasing to deal with. All in all, we’re very happy here and proud to call Park Place HOME!

Park Place is a premier living experience!

If you are looking for a premier living experience in Lexington, Park Place is it. The seasoned management team goes above and beyond to care for residents, and it shows. The property grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained, featuring a resort-style pool and an excellent workout facility. The clubhouse is a wonderful hub for the community, hosting regular events like yoga, happy hours, and summer pool parties that make residents and guests feel incredibly welcome. The Park Place team is simply... the best!
