Rabbit Run Apartments

Wouldn’t allow you to change your own air filter, had this weird dusty area behind the wall/intake vent that made me sick. My dishwasher constantly flooded my apartment stagnant water. Maintenance would come “fix” it but it continued to happen the entire time I lived there. The pool and gym do not have a public restroom. People stay at the pool for hours drinking, probably peeing in it since there is no public restroom.
Neighbor constantly smoked cigarettes indoors.

When moving out, I spent... hours cleaning just to get charged $25 for them to wipe off my window sill. $40 for the fan having dust on it. I found this pretty picky especially from a place that couldn’t even fix my dishwasher the entire time I lived there.

Management is poorly run, and the people here are not friendly. Waste of money.

We love this community so much. It is so clean and well taken care of! We have been here for over 10 years and just love it so much. The office staff is wonderful and really care about the residents. This is the best choice in Lexington for sure, very spacious apartments and all come with a garage!

The noise level is horrendous being right next to Man O' War. Appliances are extremely out of date, and everything keeps breaking. We have had maintenance out to our apartment once or more a month since we have moved in. Definitely weigh your options before moving in

Living at Rabbit Run Apartments was the best decision I ever made. Situated in the. Heart of the bluegrass , it's a quick HOP to restaurants, shopping, and downtown.
