I have lived here for 3 years. The construction quality appears to be subpar. The paint is very cheap. The trim is not securely fastened and comes off easily. The flooring chips easy. A noticeable gap surrounds my door frame. Mold has been observed in several apartments across multiple buildings. The trash compactor is consistently out of order. During rainfall, my patio floods. The gap around the door allows bugs to enter. The sink in the island is not securely installed, resulting in movement... . This Causes water to leak underneath my sink.Over charge for blinds. They Raise rent $100 every time i renew my lease. Very little parking for residents. I have to park away from my apt. Appears to have been built in a rush and cheaply. Read More

Do not apply to live at these apartments unless you are looking to donate your money to the complex with no apartment in return! We paid $300 (a deposit + waitlist fee) to join the waitlist for an apartment. We did this in March and were promised an apartment by April. In May, we followed up with them and were told that we were NOT on the waitlist, despite paying the $300 fee. We requested a refund of the fee and were told that they had already refunded it. They had not. Still, four months after... paying the fee and being promised an apartment which we did not ever gain possession of, the fee still has not been refunded. We have called several times and each time they either insist that they have already refunded it (they have not), or they promise to call back at a better time, and never do. Super nice apartments. Property managers are very helpful and professional. Maintenance works quickly and efficiently. Safe community/area and amenities are great. Price is well worth it. The only negative thing I would have to say is the walls are thin. Other than that I highly recommend!

I’ve been on multiple tours and called multiple times. Every time there staff has been rude. They don’t want to answer questions and give out false information that isn’t true. Also very rude on the tour and didn’t know any information about anything. Lied about multiple things as well. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The apartments are nice inside. Office staff are great. But don’t live here if you don’t want to spend a fortune on electricity. I’ve had my one bedroom apartment set on 65 so far this winter and my bills are the same as my previous 3 bedroom, 1600 sq foot townhome .
