DO NOT RENT

This is the WORST apartments in Lexington. The pictures you see on here must be from 20 years ago. Half the apartments are condemned and nailed closed with plywood. The place looks like a zombie den from Walking Dead. Please, please, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It should be demolished. I am not exaggerating, I didn't feel safe walking through it in broad daylight.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!! They’re horrible, maintenance doesn’t fix anything, they’re roach infested and drug infested, HORRIBLE area, new management sucks

I wouldn’t rent here, AWFUL!

I would not suggest this place for a first time renting experience, mainly young females. I’ve had people knocking on my door at 2:30 in the morning, people stealing $800 packages, people breaking into apartments and so much more. All trade properties were the previous property before the new one came. When the new property came they left the doors into the apartments unlocked. It’s been awful. I have YET gotten my half off of rent for the 6th month. The neighborhood is still awful and not a... place for children! My lease ends in September and I’m moving out in July. Best of wishes to those who wish to move here but it’s not worth it.
