Feels Like Home!

It's more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The grounds are well maintained. There is plenty for the kids to do. The pool is so relaxing, and never crowded. The only thing I can say I dont like is the floors in the townhomes. They could upgrade from whatever laminate faded wood thats in there now. It never looks clean no matter how much you clean it. However, I still wouldn't change anything else. The property manager, maintenance workers have been nothing but kind understanding,... and easy to communicate with

mice mice mice mice

Charlestown Apartments has mice. They do nothing to get rid of them but put down traps. All the townhomes have mice especially downstairs. Do not move here !!!!!!

LOOOOVE IT

This apartment complex is amazing! Smack dab in the middle of everything from the Middletown area to a quick drive to Bardstown road, you really couldn't ask for a better location. The staff are amazing and really care about making sure that you feel secure and welcome. I would really recommend this property to anyone, I've been here for a couple of years now and through the pandemic they really did go above and beyond making me feel even more at home!!!

Been here since 2008 Lovett close to everything staff is awesome love the pool a dog loves the park quiet neighborhood love it
