I absolutely love living at Cooper Creek! My favorite thing is the location! I can get anywhere I without much traffic near my home, since I'm so close to the Gene Snyder, I-65, Outerloop, Shepardsville Rd.. and I can even get to 64 toward Lexington easy and quickly. It's Louisville living but removed from the chaos! I can't wait to enjoy weekends by the pool this summer! It looks so nice. I have been most surprised at how nice all of my neighbors are. My son & I really are enjoying living over here plus the 24hr gym is great I canceled my planet fitness membership & they also have a pool. Our townhouse is so lovely and I love the community setting… very homey great place to raise your children ,they work very hard to keep the property looking so lovely KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB COPPER CREEK

I can tell property management cares about the community. It’s very clean, landscaping is well kept, it’s peaceful, and neighbors for the most part, are quiet and friendly. The staff also are communicative and friendly. I like that there are strict rules about parking, pool and fitness usage.
The only suggestion I have so far would be, when there is a maintenance request, provide a timeframe and day when maintenance will arrive. Unexpected pop ups aren’t always the best. Give a notice, Even if... it is a 4 hour window. Sometimes I work from home and have meetings and calls that don’t allow me to get away from my desk right away. I had maintenance beating on my door and when he couldn’t get in, unlocked the door, yelled through the crack “maintenance!” And still not sure why he showed up, anyway. So it would help for staff to leverage the app or send a text to communicate when maintenance will arrive so residents can plan ahead. Other than that, so far, like it here. Read More

They have an overall, great establishment here, the alot of amenities.. property manager they have here is very helpful and goes over and beyond to do what he can to get things accomplished for the tenants.. maintenance is great!! Property is pretty nice...
