A place to call home!

Mold/Horribly Managed

My neighbor and I both have mold in our apartments. The office would not hire a professional or even do a test. We had to. They are graciously letting us leave early but we haven’t been able to stay in our “home” for 3 months because if we’re in the apartment for more than 5-6 hours, we get congested and start coughing. We still have to tire a prof carpet cleaner despite paying for something we can’t use until we can move. The audacity.

Beautiful community

Ground are well maintained. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance request was done quickly and cleaned up afterwards.
