How Is This Rating Determined?

Cars broken into and apathetic management.

The access gates are left open. There have been multiple cars broken into and even a murder. Not to mention the new management has changed the billing structure for the water and is now forcing their more expensive internet upon the tenants. I wouldn't advise moving in under the current management.

Security

Security is a major issue that is not addressed. The security gates are never repaired. They are left propped open. No night security is provided. Non residents pass through at all hours. There was a murder in the courtyard on 6/27/24. The complex’s response to residents? Lock your doors and don’t go outside at night.
