Recently toured few apartments in East End and this one stands out the most. Especially for pet owners, the pet center is a great amenity. Josiah and Shannon were a great help to find my dream apartment.

We loved everything about this community! They have the most gorgeous pool area and clubhouse. I loved the pickle ball and trapeze coffee that makes it so unique!! Can't wait to call it home.

As someone who travels extensively and has stayed at countless resorts and accommodations around the world, I was genuinely impressed to find a place like Livano right in my hometown. This resort-style living property is brand new, an Architectural Digest dream, with clean, modern aesthetics and stunning design. The location is excellent: it's easily drivable to different parts of the city, yet tucked away from the noise and hustle and bustle.
The amenities are top-notch. There's a cozy on-site... coffee shop, a convenient market for everyday essentials, and a well-equipped fitness center. But what truly sets Livano apart is the staff- they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you're looking for a family and pet-friendly neighborhood with resort level comforts, I highly recommend Livano.

Apartments are very nice and bright. First apartment I've seen with a Pickleball court. The pool area is superb with cabanas to relax in. Multiple events dedicated to building a great community. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
