This place charges $50 for trash removal per household along with utility fees, electricity fees, pest fees, etc., and this is outside your independent LG&E bill. Basically all overhead costs are devied out to residents. The staff does not behave professionally and when expressing concerns and asking questions you are met with indifference and attitude, and never a mention of wanting to assist you with your concern. Parking lot has been tore up for weeks, and parking spots leave you on top of... neighboring cars. Rent price outrageous for amount of space. Constant smell of marijuana on campus. Just not ideal and certainly overpriced for the lack of accommodation. The pool is small and often unavailable due to maintenance, and if your single, you cannot swim alone. I was surprised how spacious the homes are here, I am glad I seen it for myself. The office was very helpful, lots of amenities and their pet friendly.

There were roaches, dog poop everywhere, staff was super rude. Worst experience of my life!

We had several issues with the neighbors above us. Management did nothing about it. Needs and trash drooped onto my deck. Roaches everywhere had to take care of them myself. They will nickel and dime you to death. Don't walk away, run away from this place.
