DO NOT RENT HERE! Everything, for the most part, was going well until I moved out. They were charging me cleaning fees way beyond wear and tear. They charged me an exorbitant amount for routine maintenance and cleaning before the next tenant gets there. They also have a cleaning charge when you move out that is NOT stated in the lease. It’s a different amount based on your size apartment. If I would’ve known about the hundreds of dollars they’d automatically charge (to every tenant) to clean... when moving out, and if it was stated in the lease like it should’ve been, I wouldn’t have rented here. This place will bleed you dry of money. They also increased their pet rent with no warning. Their complex is trashed all over. Someone’s dog might poop in front of your door and the owner won’t pick it up. You might have a stink bug infestation (every year). The pool is closed at least once a week in the summer, an amenity that we pay for. Trash collection, another amenity, was rarely picked up and the dumpster was frequently out of service. They do not handle their winter storms appropriately and practically told us we had to dig ourselves out and handed out shovels. Do not spend your money here. Great management! Very friendly staff! love that they always keep residents updated via monthly newsletter through email and Instagram! they always take pride in making sure Springhouse is clean and beautiful!

We have lived at Springhouse since Nov. 2022. After living in a home for over 30 years we weren't sure what to expect in apartment life. We've been pleasantly surprised.

We appreciate the commitment to excellence that the staff brings to maintaining the property and offering events for residents to connect. They often go way above expectations. Anything we needed fixed has been usually addressed the same day.

The apartment complex is surprisingly quiet because it backs up to a farm.

Though... we don't currently have a dog, they are exceptionally dog friendly with the new dog park they just created.

We love Springhouse! Everything and everyone we have encountered at Springhouse makes living here such an enjoyable experience. Julie and Peyton are so wonderful and take the time to get to know their residents. After the very first time I met them, they have always welcomed me with a smile/pleasant conversation and greeted me by name. They are always thoughtful, as well, leaving move-in and birthday gifts. The apartments are spacious, clean, and safe. Our maintenance staff is quick, courteous,... helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never lived at a community that does so well at mitigating problems before they begin. Springhouse is everything we hoped it would be and more after leaving a less-than-stellar management experience elsewhere in Louisville. We cannot say enough good things about Springhouse! Read More

Really enjoyed living here. Great location, great apartment, great complex and management. Never had any issues with staff or neighbors. We had a nice view of the mosque, great light in our apartment, and loved being in the trees. I think our rent was reasonable for what we got, and it was very minimally increased if we had renewed. Never had any problems regarding trash, pests, etc. I would 100% recommend living here. <3
