I’m in my 3rd year with the Ivy and it has become home for my son and I. It is a community where if there are concerns they are addressed quickly by staff. It is well kept and beautiful inside and out. It is quite a surrounded by stores restaurants and things to do. I love my home.

The community is welcoming, and the staff are exceptional. It really means a lot to be greeted by name when I walk in; that personal touch makes a big difference. Great manager Ashley. Great office manager Alfredo. Friendly Maintenance manager Mel, and Jay. Clean facilities. Nice complimentary coffee. Great clean Club house and gym. Nice valet trash service. We are charged $5 to pay our rent online, and we have no other option??? Rent increases with every new lease. Pool hours are 11am to 9pm. Free gas for BBQ. Nice BBQ area.
