Wonderful

I absolutely love this property. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious with great natural light. I feel safe and right at home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

Love my new place!

Toured a number of buildings in Louisville before landing at The Yard. My unit is brand new with a great downtown view. My favorite feature is the courtyard - pool, dog run, a separate space to grill. Young building with a really fun vibe. Definitely recommend!
