How Is This Rating Determined?

Removing TV Service and not reducing required monthly rate

Aqua property management has decided to remove our TV services. They are increasing our Internet to a ridiculous speed. Which is useless unless you have many kids playing games. Although management is removing our TV services, they are not reducing the price of our required monthly cable/internet bill. Aqua residences are very disappointed in the property management. They are taking their financial problems out on the residence. Even though our contracts say cable/Internet we are now paying... the same $74 for only Internet. They are telling us cable/internet only means internet on our lease agreement.

Wrong day to ask Frustrated by a number of problems . Starting with new security access system that locked us out of the garage last night even with new fob. Plus no hot tub during the fall when it should be of the most use . No communication about what issue is or if it is even going to be repaired.

Best location in Newport I love loving at Aqua. It has the best amenities and is close to everything in Newport/Cincinnati.

AC issue Our AC unit was not working properly. Tre and Jeff did an excellent job communicating with us regarding the situation. Tre checked in with us on multiple occasions and made sure we were comfortable, thanks to a portable unit. Jeff thoroughly explained the final remedy, for there were multiple issues with the AC system. Thanks guys for the awesome service.
