Good location but poor build quality

The apartment is centrally located to restaurants, grocery, and stores. Unfortunately, in the new building the exterior windows are improperly installed and the condensation between the glass blocks the view in cold weather. The condensation also leaks into the inside of the unit. If you don't care about being able to see out during the winter months, everything else is nice. I would recommend documenting the water ingress so that you aren't charged for the damage when you move out.
