Office staff speaks to you disrespectfully with a condescending tone. What one company honored the current company doesn’t, so residents are being jerked around. When asked for things to be explained the office staff talks circles around you as if you’re slow.

They have mold so bad it's horrible you can smell it all through your vents it's like your breathing in the mold and if you have kids this most definitely not the place for you ,majority of residents move out because of this . They never fix anything their air conditioner stays going out and it takes them monthssss to finally get them fixed! They stay turning off the water without notice most of the time. They have bad plumbing issues!!!They have mouses and roaches badddd their infested with... them I had caught at least 20 mice in a span of two weeks not even being dramatic and the roaches will literally live with you everyday at this point they should've started helping paying rent because every time you look up there is roaches crawling everywhere and they have a horrible pest control company . They act like they care when you complain but nothing never gets done. If you complain too much their going to find a reason to get you gone . The maintenance people don't do anything just ride around on the golf carts pretending to work . Their management is horrible and rude . The property be full of trash and stuff be broken down everywhere around here . To sum it up SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THIS NOT IT! I paid wayyy too much in rent to get treated the way I did . This property is horrible. They seem so nice in the beginning all the way up until you need something fixed . If they tell you maintenance has to come and connect your AC most likely that is a cover up for it being broken and you will be waiting months upon months for them to come out , mine was broken from the time I moved in and even when I moved out . It’s ridiculous this property should be shut down .

Maintenance is the worst I have been without air for 2 whole months. The office workers make promises they can’t fulfill half of them are clueless and just say things to get you off the phone. There’s so many stray cats. Constantly turning the water off several times a week. Sometimes it’s off for an hour and sometimes it’s most of the day. Wouldn’t recommend moving here.

Horrible all together from the management to the maintenance. I moved in June 2022 and I’m still dealing with unfinished apartment they was promised to fix before I moved in. I have a roach infestation in this apartment before I moved in here and told them. They painted over the roaches when I moved in. The pictures is CAPP!
