If you move here prepare to deal with poor property management by the property manager that does not care about the tenants and maintenance team that does not actually make repairs.

Initially the apartment was worth the money and the office displayed competency, however as time progressed, the apartment and location was not worth the money as rent increased, despite multiple break-ins and the carelessness of tenants with pets (not picking up after them), maintenance requests took longer to address and were not communicated in a timely manner, and the office consistently gave misinformation regarding lease renewal prices and dates, and are very unwilling to negotiate. ... The apartments are very quite .they allow pets I'ts a real nice size for a 2 bedroom.The area is in the middle of town so I'm close to lots of places like shopping and restaurants. .We have a patio with sliding glass door.On the down side the kitchen is small and the apartment is in need of updating.a few thing,but it's ok for the money.
