A place to really call home sweet home
Excellent maintenance crew and such a concerned staff that gets the job done whatever you need to make your life and stay here at the Blu as comfortable as possible
A lot less worries about anything you need and it will be done immediately

I feel very safe here and location is great. The front office are nice and responsive. Maintenance is good and usually very quick to respond.

My experience at the apartment complex was average overall. The location was convenient, with nearby grocery stores and easy access to main roads, which made daily errands simple. The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff were generally polite, though not always quick to respond to maintenance requests. My unit was clean at move-in, but some appliances felt dated and required minor repairs during my stay. Noise levels varied depending on neighbors, and parking could be limited... during peak hours. Amenities like the gym and pool were decent but not consistently maintained. Landscaping was kept up reasonably well, which helped the property feel welcoming. Rent was comparable to similar properties in the area, though annual increases were noticeable. While the complex met basic expectations for comfort and convenience, it did not exceed them. Overall, it was a livable, functional place to stay, but not somewhere I would consider long-term.

I am running weekend, and I often see dog poop on the streets. I wish dog owners would be more responsible and clean up after their dogs.
So, please announce to use green plastic bags on the street.
